Dear Align Team Members,
Let me take a moment to address a couple questions we have been asked this week:
- Until further notice we are not requiring client signatures. Caregivers should mark an “X” in the client signature section so that portion of the clock-out is complete. As always, please complete the clock-out process by checking off ADLs, especially Companionship.
- At this time we are not requiring team members to take their temperature prior to working with clients. However, if you are sick, stay home.
Please remember to take precautions:
Wash your hands with soap and water constantly. If necessary, you can use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Keep your distance from clients…no hugging!
If you see a change in your clients’ health, notify Align Home Health as soon as you can.
And if you are sick, please stay home and let us know.
We do have face masks on order. When they arrive, we will distribute them to all team members.
