Hello Team!
We wanted to take a moment to give everyone an update on the team.
Benefit Corner
Retirement Savings Plan: We have partnered with Fifth Third Bank to offer members of our team access to a retirement savings plan. If you are interested, please contact Josh for enrollment information. These types of products are great for saving some month before taxes are taken out.
Financial Planning Class: Starting in January, we will be offering a FREE financial education class at the office on the weekends. Initial topics will include how to make a budget, pay off debt, and save for the future, but we will also include any topics that the group is interested. The first class is Saturday, January 19th from 2pm to 4pm. Contact Josh to sign up.
Align Home Health
CEU’s: Just as a reminder, all care staff are required to complete at least 8 CEU’s annually. We have partnered with some websites to provide you FREE CEU’s:
After completing the CEU send the cert to us and we will make sure it gets into your file.
Referral Bonus: We continue to seek talented individuals to join the Align family. So, for anyone who recommends an Aide that successfully on-boards and remains an active member of the team for at least 3 months will receive a $100 bonus!
Align Life Centers
Receptionist: We currently have an open job listing for a receptionist at our day program. The perfect candidate is professional, knows Microsoft Office, has a pleasant speaking voice, is punctual, and can multitask. If you or someone you know is interested, the referral bonus applies!
Align Team Daycare
Construction: Pardon our dust as we are doing a bit of construction to improve our ability to provide services in our daycare! Over the next month or two, our facility will be upgraded to include a better classroom experience, a fenced in play area, and better ADA compliance for access to the building.
Vacancy: From schedule changes, we have openings for 2 or 3 children at the daycare. If you are interested, please inquire with Judy N.
In Closing

De Rhodes gave me care on Friday Dec. 28, 2018. This was my first visit by Align, through the Dayton, Ohio Area on Aging. I fell in love with her almost immediately. I felt overwhelmed by her demeanor. Her smile is infectious. She put me at ease immediately. I trusted her. She skillfully explained what she could do & not do. I am getting on in years & just needed some light house cleaning done. I love her banter! We joked around & got to know each other. When she told me that Judy Nelson told her that I reminded her of Santa Clause, I knew I was with a friend. Then she told me that she was a stand in & my scheduled care giver could not be here today. I was crest fallen. De explained that she got a promotion & is no longer a primary care giver. She was concerned when I trudged around my apartment showing her where supplies. were. My walker is close to my couch, & she finally asked if I should be using my walker to get around. My response was, “Probably.” She laughed so hard, I thought she was going to pass out! She was with me for an hour & a half. I now have a new friend.
