Align Home Health has been blessed again with having been invited to more times for vaccination of our team:
- Tuesday, January 26 from 9AM-1PM
- Saturday, January 30 from 9AM-2PM
- Tuesday, February 02 from 9AM-3PM
- Thursday, February 04 from 2PM-6 PM
- Tuesday, February 09 from 9AM-1PM
- Thursday, February 11 from 2PM-6 PM
- Tuesday, February 16 from 9AM-1PM
- Saturday, February 20 from 9AM-1PM
- Tuesday, February 23 from 9AM-1PM
- Saturday, February 27 from 9AM-1PM
NOTE: There are two brands of vaccines being administered at the Convention Center. The Moderna vaccine has 28 days in between doses. The Pfizer vaccine has 21 days between doses. Whatever brand you get for your first dose will be the same as your second dose.
The process remains the same:
- Take your ID and work ID with you.
- Preregister HERE (when asked for your role pick either Non-Hospital Healthcare Worker/Clinical Staff or State of Ohio DODD Staff).
- Park in the FREE parking garage on Jefferson ST.
- Go to the Convention Center through the skyway on level 1.
- Go to the ground floor and get in line.
- Get your shot, wait for 15 minutes, and sign up for the app.
- Get your second dose when its time following the same instructions.
